Payments

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom-developed assets become the client's property upon full payment. Infixil retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries and internal development tools.

Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate a project according to the mutually agreed contract terms. Outstanding payments for completed work remain payable.
